Biolase
The Waterlase laser device uses laser energy to perform delicate dental procedures. The root of the tooth is preserved and painless cavity correction and other procedures make visiting the dentist a breeze.
Intra-oral camera
A pen-shaped instrument with a tiny intraoral camera provides detailed images of your teeth and gums, captured instantly and sent to a computer screen in the examination room. You and Dr. Bartley can view these images together to determine the best course of treatment.
Panorex
Panorex allows Dr. Bartley to capture detailed images of your mouth, using a small sensor that sends instant images to a computer screen in the examination room. Panorex reduces radiation exposure by up to 90%, and takes a two-dimensional full mouth x-ray from ear to ear within 12 seconds.
Digital X-Rays
Just like digital photos taken by a camera, digital X-rays produce enhanced, high-quality images easily magnified, archived, or emailed. Patients are exposed to lower doses of radiation and can view the images on a computer screen with Dr. Bartley.
TENS Unit
The TENS unit, an acronym for Transcutaneous Neural Stimulator, is one of many tools Dr. Bartley uses to understand how your jaws, teeth, muscles and nerves work together. TENS relaxes your jaw muscles by emitting low frequency electrical stimulus, especially helpful in neuromuscular dentistry for the treatment of TMD.
DIAGNOdent
The DIAGNOdent diagnostic laser allows Dr. Bartley to detect early tooth decay hidden in crevices while they are still tiny and easily treatable.
Soft Tissue Laser
Soft tissue diode lasers remove diseased, inflamed periodontal pocket linings with laser dentistry, effectively destroying destructive bacteria and assisting the gums in returning to good health. Virtually painless, soft tissue lasers encourage dental phobic patients to take better care of their teeth.
Hard Tissue Laser
The Hard Tissue Laser uses laser energy and water in small bursts to remove tooth decay quickly and painlessly.
